Cannot connect to Roon Core on Antipodes from iPad Roon remote

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
Despite lifetime subscription, the remote app on iPad keeps asking “ Ar you online “, check your internet connection.

Connected by Ethernet cable from Antipodes DX gen 3, and all devices on same WiFi address, but Roon froze earlier, did not play usual albums on Tidal library, don’t know where to proceed from here…

Thx for help

Make sure your wireless is not setup as a guest network. Try running an app like FING to see if you see the other devices in the house listed in a scan of the network.

FING downloaded and the FING scan said all good, rebooted all devices except new Australian NBN Telstra modem, including Airport Express , Antipodes DX gen 3, and now Roon recognised finally on iPad and able to play from Tidal library, Thx M

Glad to know that sorted something you, I feel your pain on the Noddy & Bigears Network. Make sure your DNS settings include your router address, and a decent public one like 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8

Hello @MARK_PODGORSKI, and thanks for the feedback here. Have you tried disabling any VPN, firewall, or antivirus?
