Cannot connect to Roon Nucleus

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Roon Nucleus Rev B

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Connected by ethernet to Netcom router

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Connected by USB to DAC

Description Of Issue

Roon is “waiting for remote core” and never connects. The system was working then just died. I have rebooted router, Roon Nucleus and Mac laptop with no success.

Hello @Jan_Tye, my apologies for the trouble here. Are you still able to access the Web Administration Interface? If so, can you send me a screenshot of what you see? Thanks!

No I cannot access web interface.
When I search for Roon Core, Roon hangs on “Looking for your Roon Core”.
LED above power button is lit and LED on ethernet port is blinking.

I have also tested ethernet connection by connecting to laptop and it’s ok.

I sent this response:

Thanks for trying to connect to the Web UI. Since that didn’t work, can you connect the Nucleus to a TV or monitor via HDMI and send us a picture of the diagnostics output? This should display some information that will point us in the right direction next.
