Cannot connect to Tidal subscription anymore, please help

I removed roon from all client machines here, then added roon client on a w10 pc, and restarted roonserver on ROCK.
I looked in the log of roonserver and apparently all easyhttp get requests seem to time out.
So from the w10 pca i copied the https adresses and pasted in browser.
https://push-manager.roonlabs.net/1/connect: works
https://geoip.roonlabs.net/geoip/1/lookup: works
https://device-map.roonlabs.net/1/register: returns “{“status”:“Unauthorized”}”
https://accounts5.roonlabs.com/accounts/3/login: returns “{“status”:“InvalidRequest”}”
Yet in the log all failed and ran into a timeout.
And so on.

So for some reason all easyhttp requests fail. Therefore also the log in into my roon account.
If it is the firewall or the IPC then it should have blocked these as well when run from a browser i assume.

So what to do???, as i have no music to listen to anymore ;-(

All of a sudden, i could log in again into Roon, also into Tidal, so system is sort of recovering the catalog now.
I double checked the firewall system logs, including the intrusion detection logs, and cannot see something changed from July 11 to July 12 (last change was July 10). What i did see up to 11:57 hr amsterdam time, was a block on traffic because of possible trojan horse (tofsee , suricata), but cannot correlate that to the roon servers.
Anyhow it is up and running again, and i re-updated the complete firewall system just to have a nice ancor point in the audit- firewall- intrusion- logging etc.
As a final note: it for sure takes time to recover the complete catalog :wink:
