Cannot connect with Qobuz, alert message to upgrade Qobuz

Description of Issue

I just downloaded Roon trial for the first time, tried to connect with Qobuz but got a red alert error message saying to upgrade my account. I found nothing in my Qobuz account settings to upgrade as of yet…Thanks in advance for the help

Do you have a full Qobuz account that includes streaming or just the basic one that enables you to download? You need the former

Roon does NOT support Qobuz or Tidal free accounts within Roon.
You will need a paid subscription to one of the streaming services.

I have Studio but I’ve noticed a few screwy things with my account, waiting to hear back from customer service. Thanks for the response!

I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were able to sort things out? As @AceRimmer mentioned, Roon does not support free accounts with Tidal or Qobuz.

My Qobuz account info was a little screwy; they sorted it all out relatively fast and now everything is groovy again. Thanks for the follow up, appreciate it. Have a good one!
