Thank you for your post.
We’ll need a little more information in order to take action on this report, however. Can you please share a screenshot that indicates what you’re seeing?
Does this persist across all your Roon devices, if you have multiple computers/phones,etc. that you use to control Roon?
I have one computer that I run ROON on. The knowledge center says I should see “hearts” all over and I can favorite artists, albums & songs by clicking the hearts. In some cases there is no heart. But when there is a heart, it is grayed-out.
Hi Jonathan,
To put a heart on an album or it’s tracks, you need to have that album in your library. Click the + sign on that Zach Bryan album and after it is added to your library you should see the hearts.
To put a heart on an artist, you have to have at least one album by that artist in your library. After you added the album as suggested above. You should see the heart on his Artist page.
Why? Because until you add it in into your library there is no place to mark hearts. When you add an album to your library, that is when Roon creates the database entries for it and the artist that you can them begin editing, like adding hearts.
Great solve y’all! I thought I was losing my mind. It’d be helpful if we were able to “heart” without adding to library but - for now - problem solved. Thx again!
