Description of Issue
I had a power outage at my house last Monday.
But yesterday I just realized that I cannot reach my Roon Nucleus.
I have tried everything and restarted the Roon core system multiple times without success.
I have connected the Roon Nucleus to my TV via HDMI and I can confirm that Roon has an IP address, but I can’t reach Roon OS Web UI from the the iPhone Roon app or my laptop by entering the Roon IP address.
The following information about my system that I revceived from HDMI:
Manufacturer: Roon Labs
Model: Roon Optimized Core Kit
OS: RoonOS 1.0 (build 254) production
Serial: 54B20xxxxxxx
Hostname: ROCK
Roon can be accessed by opening any Roon Remote product. If you don’t see this device there, check “Roon OS devices on your network”. Roon OS Web UI can be directly accessed at: http:// 1xx.1xx.x.xxx/ "
Sorry for the delay in getting to your thread! Following up here, what is the status of your Nucleus? What do you see when you plug it into a monitor via HDMI?
I wasn’t able to see anything tied to your account - did you purchase it from a dealer or from Roon directly?
Hi everyone,
I was on a business trip for a few days.
I will try restarting my router today and see what happens.
@benjamin
I still cannot see my Nucleus on my network.
When I connect it to my TV via HDMI I can see that the Nucleus has been given an ip adress.
About my licence: I bought the lifetime licence directly from Roon but with a different email adress. Sorry for confusing you.
