Description of Issue

None of my Roon control devices can connect to the Roon Core. It just does the "Looking for your Roon Core.

However, when I click on the "Configure Roon OS devices on your network, it finds the Roon Rock immediately.

The Roon Server is looking pretty healthy here.

The issue repeats itself whether I am using a PC, iPad or Android device.

Please assist.

John

That screenshot shows that Roon Server has been running for just 17 seconds, while Roon OS has been running for more than a day.

If you did not explicitly restart Roon Server, then it looks as though it is randomly restarting of its own accord - and while it is restarting, your control devices won’t be able to connect.

It may be that your Roon Database is in a bad state. If you have a recent backup, try the steps outlined in the ROCK section of this article:

Yep - I think you are right.

I refresh the webpage. ROCK still keeps on going, but the server is periodically dropping off.

I’ll try the suggestion.
