Cannot get ARC and Netgear ORBI 850 parental controls work at the same time

Description of Issue

I was able to configure ARC and get it to work using my Orbi’s access point mode by following the existing help articles on the Roon community message boards. However, when my Orbi 850 is placed in access point mode I lose its router functionality, including my Orbi parental controls app. I wish to continue using the Orbi parental controls app to manage my children’s screen time. Thus, I have to put my Orbi in router mode and the ARC app ceases to function.

I would like to get the ARC app to work when my Orbi 850 is in router mode or find another work around. Netgear technical support wants to know what the requirements of Roon ARC are to see if ARC can be set up some other way than than by configuring the Orbi to access point.
