Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· New to roon and my nucleus 1; my music folder is stored on my pc, but everything I've tried to input pathway gets error message, so I don't really know how to get roon to scan my personal library and I've been limited to using only qobuz

You might be bumping up against some Windows 11 security features that prevent third-party NASs from communicating via SMB.

Just checking in on this. Were you able to confirm the specific error you’re seeing, and if so, did the SMB guest access steps we shared help at all? If you’re on Windows 11 24H2, it may also be worth checking whether the newer SMB security changes are blocking access to the NAS, so let us know what you found.
