I’m trying to log in to Roon app but unable to do it.
Roon server is ready.
When I logged in, the app indicated: “please enter account’s password properly”, even I typed it correctly. I resetted the password to make sure correct password but it still did not work.
Anyone pls help!?
Hi, @jacky_tran1, could you, please, make sure that the email you used when buying Roon subscription is entered correctly?

Yes I do.
I tried to log in on website and it worked easily.
