Cannot Log in to ARC on iPhone 14 Pro Despite Other Devices Working (ref#KYT9IG)

Iphone 14 pro, latest software, I can't log in to ARC. I deleted cookies, checked, Chrome, Brave, Safari. I reinstalled the Arc application. I tried to connect via wifi and mobile nothing helps, "something went wrong, try again" iPad mini (6th gen 17.6.1), iPad Air (2nd gen 15.8.3) connected to Roon Arc and work fine (same wifi network) my iPhone 14 pro NOT. I'm frustrated :( Any idea any help?

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear you’ve having issues getting Arc running properly.

As a first step, can you confirm Arc has access to both Celluar data and your local network? You can check this by heading to your iPhone system settings:

  1. Cellular> scroll down and re-toggle Arc
  2. Privacy and security > local network > re-toggle Arc

Based on your screenshot, it looks like you’re under poor network settings - can you triple confirm you have the same issues when attempting to login under a stable wifi connection?

If you haven’t yet, I’d also safely stop Roon Server from running, and power down both your ROCK and your router, and let me know if the same issues occur, thank you! :raised_hands:
