Cannot log in to Roon Essentials with ELAC DS-S101-G (ref#TDYIRF)

Description of Issue

I have ROON Essentials and a ELACDS-S101-G. Everytime i try to log in on my account(email address moderated) i get a message that i am not connected to internet, while i sure am! That way it is impossible to use my ROON Essentials. A few months ago it worked good. Please help.
