Roon account is login but I cannot login Tidal from roon apps. But I can login the account from tidal.

  1. Clear Your Browser’s Cache and Cookies
    Outdated or conflicting session data may interfere with the login process. We recommend clearing your browser’s cache and cookies, especially for Tidal-related domains.
  2. Use an Incognito Window or a Different Browser
    Some browser extensions or settings may block the login redirect. Please try logging in using an incognito/private window or a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Edge).

I tried with my window laptop but showing the same issues.

I activated diagnostics on your account and reviewed your server logs. I’m seeing repeated changes in network availability, which could be causing the issues you’re having signing in to TIDAL.

Is your computer connected via Wi-Fi or ethernet? If it’s using Wi-Fi, please try switching to a wired connection and let us know if that makes a difference.

Diagnostics don’t show a Tidal account has yet synced with your RoonServer, so I’m assuming you still require some assistance here.

Please try logging into Tidal’s account webpage directly using the same credentials in the same browser. Do you have issues validating the login there?

Additionally, double-check that you’ve taken the steps listed above to clear cache and cookies in your default browser. If you’re using a consumer VPN (NordVPN, mullvadVPN, etc), please try disabling it to ensure it’s not interfering with the request validation on Tidal’s end.

Could you please activate my account again? I am facing the same problem, I cannot log in Tidal account through the Roon Apps. My username and password of Tidal keep changing every 3 months. Will it be a problem?
