Thank you for your post and for your patience as we worked through the queue to reach your inquiry.

Are you still experiencing this issue, and does it affect all of your Roon Remotes if so?

One step to take is to alter the DNS servers in use by your router, in case there are DNS-related failures at play. In your router’s web administration page, try changing the DNS server listed to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS.

Thanks for the reply @connor . First off, after exhaustive troubleshooting, I fixed the issue by completely replacing my router .

Here is a summary:

I tried Cloudfare and Google DNS before posting the original post. Neither solved the issue.

I can log directly on to Qobuz fine.

I actually have two different Roon servers in different houses. One of the Roon servers logs in fine to Qobuz.

The Roon server that will not log on:

It’s been logged into Qobuz for over two years without issue.

I have tried resetting my router, deleting the cache from the Roon folder, restarting my ROCK Roon server, changing my DNS server, and changing my Qobuz password. Turning off all firewall and VPN on router. I also updated the firmware to my router and formatted and reinstalled ROCK on my Roon server fresh.

I also called my ISP and had them switch me to a different IP.

None of this worked.

Tidal logs in fine and works on the Roon server.

As stated above, I finally completely replaced my router and it now logs into Qobuz fine.

I don’t guess I need assistance now but it seems others have had similar issues in the past and may want to view this thread.
