Cannot log on to Roon account

The roon website advises against using time machine to backup your room data base and states that this could cause corrupt backups. Since your new Mac was restored from a time machine backup it appears that this may be the reason the app stays stuck on “logging in” after entering your password.

This is absolutely the problem.

As detailed many times in this forum and in the Roon KB, one can’t successfully restore Roon’s library from a Time Machine backup.
