Description of Issue

I somehow messed up my network settings while trying to get ARC to work … I won’t be trying that again.

Anyway, on the web admin there are no network settings and when I try to reinstall, the wheel spins for a while and fails.

“Something went wrong with the installation. Please check your internet connection and try again.”

I’ve done this 6 times…

On the web interface

Operating System OK Version 1.0 (build 227) stable
Roon Database & Settings “Not Ready”
Nothing under Networking

My network sees the Roon Nucleus and I have the correct IP address and the internet is in good shape. It’s hardwired to the router, what else can I do?

It may make sense to try to reset the network settings first and see if that restores the functionality. This help FAQ explains how to do that:

In the Nucleus web interface, under the Roon Database & Settings, are there any options available to select?

No. There are no options. It just says “Not Ready” in red letters.
