Cannot 'save/login' my tidal account

Description of Issue

Keeps the loop:

  1. Login Tidal (in Roon)
  2. Tidal Login Page (in Chrome)
  3. Login Successful (in Chrome)
  4. Back to Roon without any updates

I can play my Tidal App without any problems
The issue is only happen in “Roon + Tidal”


I’m so sorry you’re caught into this loop. I was hoping you could:

  1. Log out of TIDAL in Roon, Settings → Services
  2. Change your TIDAL platform on Tidal’s website
  3. Restart your Dell
  4. Launch Roon and try to enable TIDAL
