Cannot see core

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

MacOS Catalina 10.15.7/ Roon build number does not come up

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Roon was working fine on my Mac for the past few months. After a OS upgrade this morning I opened it and got a screen saying “Choose your Roon Core”. I selected the “use this Mac” option. It then asked me for my login. After entering my login info I get a message saying that the core is already connected and tells me to go back.

Once I go back I don’t see an option to connect to my core.

Do you have an option to Unauthorize? If so, then do so.

Then Reauthorize.

I saw that option but thought that if I deauthorized it, I would lose my setup and history.

Thanks for letting us know that un-authorizing and re-authorizing the Core resolved this issue!
