Hi @Tommaso_Principi,
Sorry that you are having trouble with your Nucleus. We will need some more details to begin troubleshooting with you.

  1. What audio devices are you missing? Are they network speakers or connected to another computer? If they are networked devices how are they connected to your network (i.e. ethernet or Wi-Fi?
  2. Where is your music library stored? If you are using network storage how is that connected?

As step you can try to potentially resolve this is restarting your router, Nucleus, audio devices and storage device. Let us know if that helps and the answers to the above questions and we can proceed with troubleshooting.

Hey @Tommaso_Principi,

Thanks for the update!

As a next step, could you please attempt to access the webUI of your Nucleus? Here’s more info on how to do so:

If you’re not able to access the webUI, can you next please connect a monitor via HDMI, and boot up your Nucleus - then snap a screenshot and share it here?

We’ll be on standby for your reply, thanks! :raised_hands:
