Cannot sign in to roon valence

Trying to sign into roon valence I get a message that I should have a paid Roon license and can’t go any further. I have a lifetime subscription!!!

Hey Tom, make sure you’re using the same email address that you’re using for your lifetime Roon subscription. Sounds like you might be using a different one! You can double check on your account page.
