Hi I just bought 1yr membership few hours ago but I cannot my membership in the Internet. I think the reason why is CANNOT LOGING IN is reason. Please look at the picture that I attached.
My network connection is completely working but they said please check your network connection thing. Is this app is not working or my account is not working? Please give me a solution… I really wanna use this ROON.

Apologies for the trouble here! So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Have you tried rebooting your Core machine?

Is there any firewall or antivirus on the Core that could be interfering with the connection to our servers? Try temporarily disabling them and let us know if that helps!

Which is not possible in the case of the GFW and the likes. Using a VPN might work.
