For the past couple of days, i have had increasing trouble streaming Qobuz. the title show up in the queue but the progress bar just sits there unmoving. has any one else seen this behaviour?

What troubleshooting have you already done? Rebooting etc.
What is your setup?
So i had rebooted my linux ubuntu server. re did it and now thing seem better. hopefully that 2nd reboot did something.
