Can't access sonic transporter

Roon can’t see it; does see it but I can’t access it via IP address; my port scan sees it but then it disappears; I have restarted the device.

Any ideas?

Tried to reinstall the software on the sonic transporter?

I can’t access it at all to do anything…

That’s unfortunate! Is there a way to hard reset the transporter? It seems to be a problem that’s not directly connected to Roon? Have you tried the Sonore section over at Sonore has sponsored a section over there and the response is normally quick.
