Can't access the core from multiple devices

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Antipodes CX

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Wifi, TP link

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Description Of Issue
The text goes as follows once I try to log in:

“Your Roon membership allows you to authorise up to 1 device to manage your library…”

Why is it so? If I have one core (antipodes CX) and I would like to access it from both my Mac and iPad.

Kindly ask for your help.

Thank you,
Anatolijs.

Hi @Anatolijs_Putna,

To clarify — This message means that you can only have one Core machine active per license. You can use as many remotes as you would like.

It’s possible that the remote is trying to connect to a different Core machine, or that a different Core machine was authorized previously. If you click the Unauthorize option, it’ll allow you to move forward and you can verify which Core you’re connected to by going to Settings > General.
