After clicing “+” icon to add album from Tidal to my library some of them adds instantly, but most of the time it can’t be added it’s stil spinning, even after a couple of minutes nothing happens. Restarting Roon does not help too.
By the way, why there are two verions of the same album on Roon, the basic and seperate from Tidal? Why some albums on Roon don’t show all songs of an album but just a few unless I click on Tidal verions of that album?
First, in order to help Support diagnose your issue, you need to give them full details of your setup by filling in the template that you had when you created your request. So please post the following details:
Roon Core Machine
Include your operating system and machine info (Model, CPU, RAM)
Networking Gear & Setup Details
Your network gear (model of routers/switches) and if on WiFi/Ethernet
Connected Audio Devices
Specify what devices you’re using and their connection types, like USB/HDMI/Chromecast, etc.)
Number of Tracks in Library
Tell them how large your music library is, eg. “30,000 tracks”
Description of Issue
Tell Support about the problem you’re having in as much detail as possible. Screenshots are always appreciated!

Adding an album into your Library means that you will see it in two places: the original in the Tidal catalogue, and the copy that now exists in your Roon Library.
If you add a track from an album in the Tidal catalogue into your Library, then an entry for the album is created along with the copy of the track. However, the album will only appear to have the single track in your Roon Library because you only added the one track to the Library.

I still have the problem and now I can’t add most of the albums. For example today I’ve added about a dozen albums and now I get the spinning icon after adding any other album to my library (no matter if the album is from Tidal or not).
Please, I would appreciate any help from the Support stuff. No possibility to add new albums to my library is getting really annoying.
Having same issue. Click + button (on android app), a message pops up saying album added to library, but plus sign changs to spinning circle and album is never added.
Windows server, wired ethernet, windows endpoint, android remote, all on most current version. Have rebooted everything, still happening.
P.S. My workaround is to find the album in the Tidal app and favorite it there. It eventually shows up in the roon library.
Same problem.
A fix would be great.
