Why http://41.dktr.pl:8000/trojka.ogg doesn’t work?
That is an ogg stream and as above.
Roon can play back stations that stream in MP3, AAC, and FLAC formats.
So not in ogg.

What is the station you’re trying to add? Do they have any other stream URLs you can try?
