Can't add tidal music to library

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

I’m running Roon on a macmini, i9, 32GB ram, macOS Catalina, 10.15.6 - I don’t have more than 1 client playing at a time.

Roon 1.7 Build 610

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

all cable ethernet, Eero devices, TP Link switches

Description Of Issue

for the past two days I haven’t been able to add a file from Tidal into my library… sometimes I can like it, sometimes it doesn’t show, but the add to the library button is no longer there.

I can play fine from my library - Synoogy NAS, 1415+ (12 disk NAS)…

I have checked setup and options, I don’t know what else to check …

Hello @marcelo_goncalves, and welcome to the community! Could you please elaborate on how your core is connected to the network and if the switch your mentioning is a managed switch? If you favorite an album in TIDAL and force a sync with TIDAL in Roon, are you able to get the album that way?
