Just under 30.000 including tidal entires.

Description of Issue

Problem:

When trying to add albums to my library, using the "+"m button when viewing an album, i just get a spinning icon that spins forever, not adding the album to my library.

Please advice on how to fix that. I added a couple of albums a few days ago, and I dont think there have been a Roon update i the meantime?

Restarted Roon, Logged in and out of tidal, restarted computer. Still same issue.

Please advice!

Thanks so much for writing in and I’m sorry for the delay in getting to your thread. This unfortunately is a known issue our team is still working on - does it happen 100% of the time?

If you could please recreate the issue and share the specific date, time, and album, that would be helpful.

In the meantime, I would also clear your Tidal cache to see if that helps:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs
