Can't connect Roon ARC with my Core

I try to configured my Roon ARC in Android Phone (Samsung S21 Ultra) and can’t connect with my core. I have a HP Victus (Ryzen 7 and 8 GB RAM) and it’s impossible to connect both displays.
In my account appears this message:
