@support - could this be an unexpected consequence of the recent introduction of SSO/MFA?

Hi @Antonio_Souza,

Please accept our apologies for missing your response in time. Diagnostics appear to indicate that you’ve installed a new instance of RoonServer on a Linux machine and recently logged in - are you still encountering this issue?

If so, I recommend a deep refresh of your Roon database on the new machine to which you’ve migrated:

  • Create a Backup of your current database
  • Exit out of Roon
  • Navigate to your Roon Database Location
  • Find the folder that says “Roon”
  • Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
  • Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
  • Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup

We’ll keep a lookout for your response. Thanks!
