Has this been resolved? I appear to be having the same problem. I can’t connect from any remotes to my core running on Win10 Pro (v.1903, build 18362.836). I can’t even connect from roon remote on the same machine. This was working quite happily previously.

Have you tried rebooting the Core machine since experiencing this problem?
Was there any change around the time this started occurring?
