Can't connect to core

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
QNAP TS-251, NAS, Build 1.7 (528 stable).

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
Asus Lyra, ethernet

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Mytek Brooklyn bridge.

Description Of Issue
Intermittently connected this morning. By noon wouldn’t connect to core at all. Updated core. Updated remote on Android. Mytek Brooklyn up to date. Restarted everything.

Curiously, Roon says database 100% full at 16Mb.

asus router also up to date

apparently the trouble connecting to core was related to tidal not connecting, I thought that was incidental. However, roon remote pushed through login error on android. Good there. However, windows remote still hanging on what I assume is same error.

Hi @BRANDON_SEITZ,

Are you certain that this is actually 16Mb? That is too small size for a database, please share a screenshot of where you’re seeing this.

You should also be aware that this NAS does not meet our Minimum Requirements, it looks like it has a Celeron Core in it which is under-spec’d to be running Roon. Running Roon on an under-spec’d Core can cause issue with performance.
