Can't Connect To Roon Nucleus+

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Nucleus+
OS: Version 1.0 (build 227) stable
Roon Server Software: Version 1.8 (build 764) stable

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Wired Ethernet

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

T+A DAC 8 DSD (USB from Nucleus+) - Sometimes Static
Sonos Connect (Ethernet via home network) - No Static

I have been having issues where I get some static when listening to music. I reinstalled the OS via the Webpage and everything went as planned. Now when I try to connect to the core (Nucleus+) it takes me to a log in page. When I enter my username/password I get a message saying I already have a core and to go back and click the connect button. When I click the connect button it takes me back to the log in page again. My core is showing ready!

I get the option to unauthorize my Nucleus+. Do I need to do this and then log in again? And then do a restore from my backup?

I went ahead and unauthorized my unit and now I can connect.
