Can't connect to Roon server instance

Roon Core Machine

OS: VMware ESXi 6.5 > running Ubuntu Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS VM > Roon inside Docker

Machine:

Intel® NUC Kit NUC8i5BEH
RAM: 12GB assigned to VM
CPU: Quad core assigned to VM
Storage: SSD for ESXi
Music Storage: Music is hosted on an NFS mount on the Ubuntu Docker host and mounted inside Roon as a local store

Networking Gear & Setup Details

ESXi on wired Gigabit > HP Procurve switch > Synology NAS

Connected Audio Devices

Sonos One speaker - wired ethernet to switch

Number of Tracks in Library

Description of Issue

When I click Connect from the Roon client to my Roon Server it takes me to the login page.

Never mind just fixed the issue myself, your support leaves a lot to be desired considering the price of the product.

True, true.

What I tried was restarting Roon Server, then I uninstalled the client in case that was the issue (and removed all local Roon settings files). Neither worked.

Eventually it was a simple matter of going ahead and entering my details in the login screen (bear in mind this is an already authorized Roon instance so this step was done 2 years ago):

I then confirmed that I did indeed want to Deauthrorize my old Roon instance and voila, the Roon Server/Client were talking again.
