Can't download Roon OS (build 175) update

Roon core kit, roon 1.6, roon os 1.0 build 174

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

netgear 6300, wifi

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

outlaw rr2180, usb

Description Of Issue

when update to roon os (175), the download progress bars remain unchanged, I have waited for several hours, the progress bar is always at the start position and doesn’t change. I have reinstalled in the configure web page, but it dones’t work.

Hi @Shaohua_Liu,

When you try to reinstall from the Web UI what exactly happens?

Can you confirm how the Nucleus is connected to the network? You mention above it’s connected via WiFi — Are you using a USB adapter for this? What kind? Is there any change if you connect it directly via Ethernet to the router?

Has there been issues with updates in China? Excuse the presumption.

The aws servers I think have issues with the china firewall. It’s been noted before.

Thanks all, it’s ok now after I reboot the roon os.
