Can't find nucleus when remote is connected to Google AP

Hi Everyone,

Just got the Roon Nucleus today. It is ethernet connected directly to my router. My router is directly connected to the fibre coming in from my ISP.

I have a google router at the other end of my home which is ethernet connected to my router. When my phone or Macbook is connected to the google router, I can’t “find” the nucleus. Although sometimes, I can switch the phone/Macbook wifi connection to my router, select something to play on Roon and switch the wifi connection back to the google router and the connection to the nucleus seems to stick but it is temperamental. Any suggestions?

Roon can only see items on the same subnet. See if the google router is putting its own Ip address out that are different that the ones coming from your router.
