Can't find streaming content preference to prioritize local albums (ref#XMDEKE)

Describe the issue

I want Roon to prefer local albums instead of Tidal albums. I know, I can select the primary version of an album, but it’s a lot of work to do so with every album. The help says that there is a streaming content preference in the general setting. But I don’t see it there. I can only change Clean playback and MQA.

These settings control…

• …whether you prefer TIDAL or Qobuz content when you have multiple streaming services enabled.
• …whether you prefer edited “clean” versions or “explicit” versions when both are available.
• …how MQA content is ranked against CD-quality and “Hi-Res” content.

What It Doesn’t Do

Apply to library content

Streaming Content Preferences don’t affect library content. For tracks and albums in your library, these streaming preferences will not be considered – you’ll simply get the Primary Version from your library.
