Description of Issue

Can’t get Live Radio. Same result regardless of station chosen. After searching get a message that “Playback was interrupted because a track failed to load.”

Are you listing to FLAC (hi-def) stations or MP3/AAC streams?

  • If MP3/AAC fail, did you install the ffmpg codecs on your core?
  • Do stations that stream FLAC work?

E.g., go to “Radio Paradise Main Mix”, they have FLAC, MP3 and AAC streams to choose from.

I don’t know exactly how to install the ffmpeg codecs on a QNAP, someone else will help
