Hello i am running roon on a pc with Windows 10. It’s connected to my A/V receiver via HDMI. When I click on a song to play it won’t play. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Have you enabled your receiver in the audio settings?
It will only allow me to enable my pc as an output

That’s not very much to go on … have a read of this … and then if you’re still having issues get back to us with specific details of your system setup.
Windows 10 sometimes requires a reboot with the HDMI cable plugged in to enable audio output via HDMI. (Video is mostly working without reboot.)
Found that information after internet research when I recently struggled to stream an Amazon Prime movie from my notebook to the TV and it remained muted. Reboot fixed the problem. Maybe that would help in your case, too.
