Can't log into Tidal after updating account/payment information

I had my Tidal subscription expire and had to update payment info and make payment.

Tidal log in now log in doesn’t work using my correct Tidal password and user name.( Settings/services) When I go to “Tidal Not configured” I get “Bad user name/password”

Everything on the Tiidal website works fine.

Have tried all I can think of. Ie changed password, logged out etc.

Can you go to your Roon database, and delete the following file:

Let us know if that doesn’t fix it and we’ll take another look at this.
