Can't log onto Roon install

I am running Windows 10, 64 bit. I have Tidal account and have music on a DROBO NAS drive.

I started Roon, got a message telling me I should upgrade the SW, I accepted and installed the latest build (209) but it then no longer recognised me. I couldn’t log in at all. It didn’t reject me, it just never connected. If I entered the wrong PW it would know immediately.

I uninstalled it completely and downloaded a new version, went through the install but the same issue.

Any ideas?

Hi @David_Hill ---- Thank you for the report and my apologies for the troubles here. To clarify, is it TIDAL that you are not able to access or is it Roon? Are you seeing any error messages?
