This issue has now started on roon remote, it was the case for arc for some time. Same problem on my phone and tablet. My laptop needed a sign in, which is unusual, but it is working fine (windows 11).
Any help would be appreciated

Are you able to login to Roon Community on these same devices? Try disabling any content blockers in your default browser settings. Adblockers are the most common cause for SSO failure.

On my phone and tablet I can now use roon remote and this forum. However, ARC is still showing the same issue. A reboot of my server seemed to fix the issue with roon remote

For tracking purposes, please open a new support thread highlighting your Arc issue - be sure to include the error code found in your Roon Settings>Roon Arc.
