I just experienced the same problem on a Win10 / Core i7 Roon Core. Resetting the PC did not help.
Login to Tidal works everywhere else but not in ROON. Quite annoying! Do you have a workaround, and, preferably, a solution so this doesn’t happen again?
Please try the following and let us know if that helps:
- Close Roon on the Core machine
- Find and open your Roon database
- Navigate to
Roon/Cache
- Move the contents of the
/Cache
folder elsewhere, like your desktop - Try restarting your Core and then open Roon once more and try logging in

Somehow the problem went away the next day, so I never got around to trying your solution. I will let you know if the problem occurs again, and try your fix.
