Description of Issue

I can’t see my Nucleus+ anymore on the network. I entered a static IP address, but made an error saving it. Now I can’t see the Nucleus anymore. How can I connect to the device and correct that saving error?

I see on the screen: searching for network address…

If this persists, please check your network connections.

“resetnetwork” is not accepted.

You first pressed Enter, typed resetnetwork and pressed Enter again?

Yes, i did that.
Also, pressing “Enter” has no effect
