Can't see roon server on the core computer

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

Running roon server on Windows 10. I changed my router. Can see ll devices on the network and everything else works fine. The remotes could not detect the roon core so went to the core machine. Cannot see Roon running but if I try an uninstall, the machine says it is running

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

SAGEmcom Ethernet.Gateway F@st

Audio Devices
Bluesound Vault. on Ethernet

Issue Description
Was working fine as a headless server Intel core i5 on windows 10 pro. Changed my router. can see all devices on the network and music will play from the core computer using Bluesound app. Roon is not visible but when I try to Uninstall, the computer says roon is running.
First sign of trouble was when the other controllers: a windows computer and an ipad could not fuind the roon core.

Hi @Frank_Rome,

Can you please try rebooting your Core and networking gear as the first troubleshooting step?

What router were you using before?

If you are running this headless, the Roon Server would be in the bottom right-hand corner of your system bar, can you check the status for it there?
