Can't seem to add additional BlueSound player (Powernode 2) to existing config

Hope to get some advice here on the following issue:
I’m successfully running Roon for almost a year and this week wanted to add another player.
My Vault / Pulse / Powernode are all showing & working OK but after adding a Powernode 2 it’s simply not showing up in Roon at all
In the BlueSound app on my PC and Android phone everything is working as expected so the new player is fully functional as an endpoint in the right IP range etc…
I tried to do a Configure Roon OS but it’s just saying “Searching for devices…” for half an hour and nothing is actually found.
Is there any other way to force Roon to search & retrieve all players on the network ?

Update: the problem solved itself automagically… suddenly the new player popped up in the Roon app on my phone and I could finally enable it for playback.
