I tried right click, long click with mouse neither worked? Please help?

What control are you using? Where are you in Roon - what screen are you on? Were you able to do this before? Has anything changed?

Both long-press and right-click should work.
Where are you trying to select multiple albums?
What remote are you using?
I’m in Album view and not able to select more than one album with either long click or right click.
Right click for first album then you can use right or left for subsequent albums.
