When trying to connect to Roon ARC, I continually get errors. I’ve activated UPnP, tried with bridge mode active (have since disabled it), setup port forwarding on port 55000 (have since deleted this port forwarding) and assigned a static IP of 192.168.7.242 (which is what it pulled as DHCP) then rebooted the Core.
This is the error message I receive:
{
“connectivity”: {“status”:“NetworkError”,“status_code”:504,“error”:“error: Error: ETIMEDOUT, response code: undefined, body: undefined connected? undefined”},
“external_ip”: {“actual_external_ip”:“74.aaa.bbb.ccc”,“router_external_ip”:“192.168.1.88”},
“status”: “status”: MultipleNatFound
,
“natpmp_autoconfig”: {“status”:“NotFound”},
“upnp_autoconfig”: {“server_ip”:“192.168.7.1”,“found_upnp”:true}
}
My equipment is the Core plugged into an Arris W31 router/modem plugged into an Altice modem from the ISP (Optimum Internet).
Any assistance would be appreciated.
