Description of Issue

The album simply will not play. I get an error “too many failures - stopping playback”. Already checked - works fine when playing via Qobuz directly.

Fellow user here. Does other Qobuz material play in Roon or is it just this one album that is having issues? I can play it and noticed that it is 24/96? Does other 24/96 content from Qobuz play?

Hi Bob,

Remove it from Roon’s library and add it back on again. This does the trick most of the times.
