I’ve not had this myself but I’ve read that clearing the browser cache can help.

Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. As @Carl said often clearing the cache will solve this. Some other options to look at if that doesn’t help are making sure any popup blockers have Roon whitelisted and make sure cookies are allowed from Roon.
